This application lets you calculate how much you will have to pay monthly in order to pay off a mortgage (or other loan).
you can enter the cost of the house, how much deposit you will be paying, then enter the term of the loan (in years) and the interest rate.
Hit the calculate button and the app will show you how much you will be paying per month.
it will also show you a range of interest rates either side of your choosen interest rate (to show what you will be paying if interest rate increase or decrease).
